17, Now my family and I are back in Singapore. I want to thank you for going above and beyond your obligations to provide us additional transportation in Hanoi. The arrangement at Sapa was also very well coordinated and we were not the least inconvenienced in the entire trip. I will remember your exceptional services for my next visit.

  taxi driver know that we will pay him/her $15 when we arrive at your hotel?There are so many taxi scams in Hanoi that I want to be confident

  06, We are having a very good time in Sapa, and soon getting ready to return to Hanoi tonight.
  I wish get back to your offer to arrange a room for us. My Internet booking was never confirmed and hence we have no room yet.
  Please book us a room in the Old Quarter. Can be a simple hotel but we like to have a superior room or family suite. The budget range is between USD 70 - 120. Hope you can find us a nice place. Need less to say that we nee early checkin.

  02, Some feedback for you. Overall we were very happy with the service you provided. You assistant met us at the train in Hanoi and took us to collect our baggage at Hanoi Elegance 4 then for coffee before arranging a taxi to the airport - very helpful.

My parents in particular really appreciated this since the train was so much nicer than the economy.
